Returns

We accept returns on unused, non-prescription items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Exclusions

Custom prescription lenses and eye exam services are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
